The time the artist needs to prepare an order for shipping varies. Estimated delivery timeframes are based on items that receive one or more proof rounds and include printing or manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. Items without a proof or additional proof rounds will affect the delivery date.

When returning an eligible product: Due to the personalized nature of the products, we will retain the 10% of the purchase cost, and we will refund the 90% when the conditions of return are met. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Paula Saneaux. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
Returns & exchanges
You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

Contact the artist within: 2 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 4 days of delivery

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Purchaser will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Conditions of return

To be eligible for a return, the item needs to be unused and in the same condition that was received.

The item needs to be in the original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or in time, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we will retain 10% of the purchase cost, and we will refund the 90% when the conditions of return are met. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please remember, the shipping costs when purchasing the item are nonrefundable.
