The Shop of Paula Saneaux offers original paintings, art prints (giclee), art photographs and some retail custom designed pieces. All the pieces are made by Paula Saneaux. The images provided on this website are an approximation of the texture and paper or canvas sizes. They are not exact representations. Each product is carefully created. For more accurate views of the products, HD videos can be provided by request and camera calls can be programmed by appointment. Also, studio visit can be programmed by appointment in the Washington DC Metro Area (Centreville, Virginia). For any of these options, please write to
The artworks come unframed unless otherwise noted. Any questions or personal requests, please contact before making a purchase. When purchasing an Original Painting, a Sales Agreement will be signed between the purchaser and the artist (physically or virtually). It can be provided before purchasing the Original Painting by request.


We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact if you have any problems with your order.

Return & Refund Policy

You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging. Contact the artist within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 4 days of delivery Shipping costs are non­refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, the item needs to be unused and in the same condition that was received. The item needs to be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or in time, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The following items CANNOT be returned Because of the nature of these items, the shop of Paula Saneaux cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time following products. We apologize for any inconvenience:

The following items CAN be returned (when they are not custom or personalized, not comminssions, not on sale, unframed/non-matted) as long as it meets the “Conditions of Return”:

Refunds Due to the personalized nature of the products, we will retain the 10% of the purchase cost, and we will refund the 90% when the conditions of return are met. We apologize for any inconvenience. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please remember, the shipping costs are non­refundable. The shop of Paula Saneaux keeps your payment information secure. The shop of Paula Saneaux shops never receives your credit card information. Card details are never fully revealed, although Stripe’s Dashboard and API do provide limited information about the card (such as its last four digits, expiration date, and brand). We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Check and US Bank Deposit. For payments via Check and US Bank Deposit, contact to request the pertaining info, preferably before the purchase.


The Original Paintings are certified to be free from all defects due to faulty craftsmanship or faulty materials for a period of six months from date of sale. If flaws shall appear during this time, the artist shall make repairs. Damage caused by the purchaser or purchaser’s environment are not part of this warranty. More details will be written on the "Sales Agreement."
